★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality reporting. Staffs behaviour very rude. Doctors usually comes late. Do not prefer to go may be last resort.very bad experience. Staffs behave like worlds richest person.how do they got ISO certification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management. They neither maintain any queue nor any token system. People who are coming laler gets earlier service. Behaviour of reception people are very poor. They are busy in discussing their family issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here around 11am and still waiting for a simple USG test, now it's 1:30pm. They don't follow any sequence. Management is poor. This service is not something you should get from a private Diagnostic Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test results are authentic. But need better management. Need more seats at current situation. COVID protocol is not maintained with respect to seating arrangements. Staffs are well trained. Person who used to come for home collection of blood sample is very good. Provides and guides very well regarding the procedure of any tests.
