★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. After getting an RT PCR test done by home sample collection, the report not received even after 3 days. Trying to contact them,but no one is picking up the call. So much disappointed with such reluctancy. Being ill and getting this type of service at the same time leaves u disappointed and gloomy. Won't recommend Medinova to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To day I had been to the Medinova Dia Centre about 11 a.m.for an EC.G.to be done and I was very much impressed with the decent behaviour of Ms TANIMA and the lady at the reception for their patient hearing and guidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medinova is our primary choice when it comes to diagnostic/pathological tests. Their services are very good, the people there are well behaved and professional. They also provide ambulance services at comparatively very low rates. I would definitely recommend Medinova to those who are coming here for the first time. They also accept CGHS/ECHS/WBHS and other health schemes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient, polite and reasonably priced services. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I got entire body checkup (blood, x-ray, echo, USG, MRI) done, and even in spite of a substantial crowd, they were able to finish every test within 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a home collection for a few tests through medinova and faced some extremely rude behaviour from their collection agent and receptionist Dola Mukherjee. The information regarding the collection was not well conveyed to us and when i tried to enquire about the same with the receptionist she was extremely rude and unprofessional in her behaviour. My experience with medinova was extremely bad i would definitely not recommend this to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed to see that Medinova is turning around. Yesterday a customer relations official went out of his way to get a slot for me with the Radiologist Dr Sanjukta Ghosh. She was very nice and I got my USG done. All the sisters and attendants appeared very user friendly and ready to help. I would definitely rate Medinova 5 star at this moment and would hope that it returns to its earlier glory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been associated with Medinova since 2021 July since diagnosis of pulmonary TB. Pathology and radiology departments excel. Yesterday had a stat chest CT which was so fast and smooth, it all happened from prescription of CT to execution of the test, it all took a max of 20 min and I was able to show my clinician even the CT plates also. Exceptionally good service, polite and well trained staff. Great place
