I bought a semi electric bed and recliner mattress from this company few months back. I was very impressed by their patience and professionalism. Specially Ms. Jyoti who helped me getting the purchase done very quickly and she briefed me about the products very nicely as it was my first medical equipment purchase, she made sure i was buying at the best prices possible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented recliner mattress from Medirent. The equipments are good but costly, and the major pain point is company's service which is quite poor. The amount they take in form of security amount plus rent is even higher than the actual cost of the product online, they delayed the settling the refund amount even after informing the return of product in advance giving silly reasons.
