Change your hr another HR works properly. And become fast your recruitment process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Online assessment for interview took 2 to 3 hours.
2. Interview time was given at 4 pm, I reached at 3.30 pm, told me to write essay at 4.30 pm, it took 15 to 20 minutes, then I was waiting till 6 pm.
3. Interviewer went out for few minutes.
4. They called someone else for interview at 6 pm who came after me. And then I left without giving interview, I told them it is waste of time.
5. Nobody was looking professional.
6. No time management skills.
7. HR management need to be replaced.
8. These people think that the candidates who are coming for interview, needs a job very badly. But, I don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meditab company HR people and procedures are terrible. For example, they took 2-3 months to complete 4-5 interviews & asked for a salary slip & bank statement for final discussion.
After sharing all bank statements & salary slips, the whole HR team is undercover—no one from the HR team answer on email & calls.
During these 2-3 months, I always asked them for the next step/feedback.
The overall very bad HR team & management.
