★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied when I visited yesterday for a appointment with a doctor(During this pandemic time). Doctor's and staff are best in class there but the problem is with there maintenance, following of social distences and cleanliness. Absolutely these things sucks. No cautions are taken no sanitizers and temperature checks. Absolutely 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have visiting hours only in the evening(16:00-18:00)hrs and had discontinued morning visiting hours citing covid 19.The nursing home authorities are requested to give a second thought into the matter as aged visitors and visitors with eye- sight problems are getting inconvenienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impolite. I sent my cousin brother during one evening visiting hour to pay pharmacy bills. After the visiting hours I received the phone call for more advance payment for nursing home bills. I said that the payment will be made next evening as I have to send my brother again during visiting hours the following day. They said ok. Next morning I was informed by my father (who was the patient there ) that medicines were stopped as payment was not made. Just imagine. No phone calls came to me regarding that. I had to be informed from the patient. When I called back, my call was diverted to the matron etc until I reached the accounts department. Person concerned Debasis was not available on the line, and I called again twice as asked to call after 20 mins, then again 30 mins. However he was not present on line. My father (patient) later informed me the medicines were started again. Poor management and communication. Or should I say management policy? I don't know...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good nursing home. Location is not so good respect to public transport. However hospital management is good and co-operative. Also parking is big issue over here. Doctor are good and take care of patients quite well.
