★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment with medizcare for a full-body health checkup package at Rs. 699 for 2 people in the family members for the next day morning at home. phlebo(they say to the medical personnel who collects blood sample) came at the right time at home collected the sample in very good manners wearing proper gloves, mask, used sanitizer, etc we felt safe with him. and when we asked to give additional discounts he politely gave 10 more percent of discount to us. in return we also recommended two more people to get a Preventive health package done in the neighbors. Let's see if they getting it done or not.

The best part is that they are very quick to take ur blood or urine sample from your home at your ease and at your predetermined time.
Once you have given sample the reports of your test will be available on their website.Means there is no restriction to go to their office and collect the report.
dont have option otherwise my rating will be 10 Star... Keep gooing with your good work...

Due to their own fault there sample collection boy came to our place on a pre-cancelled time as a result this low budget agency lost 500 bucks as a fee to service boy.
Inorder to take revenge they kept my mother waiting next day for 3 extra hours post 12 hours of fasting and then finally cancelled.
Poor management, Poor organisation and Cheap mentality.
WON'T SUGGEST THEM FOR ANYONE

The sample is not collected on time
The reports are not sent on time
Partial reports are sent
Tracking becomes difficult as they are not available
Samples are lost and one has to go through the process again
This is the last time, I will never use their services again twice the operation had to be cancelled as after multiple chasers reports were not sent as promised by 9 PM, I got the report post 12 midnight. In such situations insted of speaking and keeping customer informed they simply don't answer the call.

Booked the tests from their website and within 2 hours, also received a call from their end for fixing the appointment for collection.
Even though the appointment was fixed for early morning 7 am, the technician came dot on time at my place to collect the blood.
I gave my blood without any inconvenience or pain. I did not have to pay at the time of sample collection since I had already made an online payment.
They were swift to send my soft copy of report in 12 hr.
However, I did not receive the hard copy of the report even though it was committed by Medizcare that I will receive the same within 2-3 days.
I called their call center and informed them that I haven't received the physical report.
They said that they will look into this and shall revert. I got a response from them in the next hour or so and they said it was lying in the courier company's warehouse.
They followed-up with them and got the delivery done the very next day.
The service provided by Medizcare is awesome.
Will surely recommend Medizcare's services to others as the process is simple and convenient.
