★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this store i order medicine last 3 days for courier but they do not take a serious obout on this. And whenever i visit the store most of the medicine not available in to store. It's Required to close the store permenent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can they shut the shop so early? They are in medicine business. Not in grocery or office business? I can read 9pm is closing time and they shut at 8.20... why is there any manager over there? And when I insist at 8.28 that please give me medicines. It's really urgent, then they said no we are already closed. What rubbish!! This is not a way of doing business. Company is good just staff is rubbish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience at Medkart Parimal cross road Shop.
1. They denied to sell medicine if you don't provide mobile number.
2. They don't give invoice/bill if you do not provide mobile number.
3. Staff behaviour is obnoxious.
4. They will tell you to be in queue but will entertain those too who don't obay to be in queue. Strange and unpleasant!!
5. Upon denying to provide mobile number, they will rudely say than dont come to buy Medicine at our shop!! Thank you. And i will surely follow this, and will inform others too!!
6. They were PROUDLY saying to complaint anywhere you want for thir misbehaviour.... It seems it's a management's instructions.... Well noted....
In a nutshell choose any other medical shop than Medkart.

Ordered 6 strips and received 5. Inform the same to customer by calling them 15 times because there is no one to answer the phone.
No updates on the orders delivery.
Do not buy from it if you are planning to buy medicine online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad logistics. Extremly disappointed with their service. It's been three days since I ordered medicines for my mother with a promise that they will be delivered the same day and have not recieved them yet. The messages are read but not responded to. Very pathetic delivery.

Vastrapur since long
2 times I returned liquid Laktihep as per doctor’s instructions . One time again I buy back
the said bottles as per doctor’s advice.
Hardly one time I had returned lactihep against more than 15/20 times purchased . The counter girl who is manager behaves rudely.
She has no manners at all.
I said her to show me a list showing return items but she failed.
Whenever I visit there she starts to remind me my return incident

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad experience with the Logistics of the Medkart Pharmacy, Ahmedabad,Gujarat.I had ordered and paid for the supply of my medicines online on dated 30-3-2022 for Rs.896/- Neither the medicines nor the refund of my money till 12/4/2022.I am a chronic patient of DM, HTN with Giddiness and CKD for the last many years.I need my medicines daily to keep me alright.Ihave not contacted the pharmacy people for the supply of my medicines despite of many times phone calls to the Medkart pharmacy people. No higher authorities to pay any heed to my plight and set the things right in their business.
