Thanks to medkart, they are doing a good job for all those families who needs to spend lots of money in medicine. Medkart has brought the medicine cost much lower.
But they(new CG road shop) are not trained as other pharmacist. Most of the time they are unable to read what doctor has prescribed and give wrong medicine. And when confronted, their ego gets hurt and refuse to give medicine atall. And when asked why they have problem in accepting what's wrong they get furious and start insulting you and then yell at you and what not. I think medkart as a reputed company should take strict action against such behaviour and atleast teach them some basic etiquette.

I observed dedication of staff person , very polite attitude and humble approach. Arrangements in shop was also nice. Later I came to know that Me Sunil Parmar , staff person, who attended me. He is an asset to your organization. I wish success of your pharmacy and progress of staff.

When we come at store for purchasing medicines, your staff is really amazing to explain us what are the generics and tell us details about generics and branded medicine's difference .
In present situation, no one can give us benefits regarding medicines ,so in that case medkart pharmacy such a helpful pharmacy store.
