Highly unporofessional and will torture you to death by messaging,emails and calls. Please don't provide your number to these guys cause even if you request to unsubsribe they'll still drive you crazy by messaging from various numbers. There are better available apps in the market who understand customers grievances

horrible experience with the pathology dept. They should shut down their entire operations. playing with the lives of people they should be booked under the criminal penal code. no responsibility, no respect, no planning. no body is bothered about you. the only thing they care is money. these kind of companies should be completely shut down by the Indian government immediately.

Medlife people are a pathetic and idiotic bunch of jokers who deserve the worst minus ratings. God knows how are they allowed to operate? These guys don't know the basics of medical field and have hired stupid people to run their business. They should be banned immediately. They don't send medicines according to prescription but send as per their stock. Their stupid pharmacy guys don't know how to read a prescription. I ordered 21 sachets of a powder relating to knee pain on 28th May, 2018, order no:-OR3457TN-001A, uploaded the prescription and made payment via PAYTM. These idiots sent me another powder. When I called customer care and informed them, they said they will replace it next day. They again took a new replacement order no:-OR345TN-002A on the same day. First, they told me that I will get refund of my payment made for the first order in my PAYTM wallet in 7 working days and I will have to pay again for this new replacement order. Then again they informed me that since the amount of the replacement order was more than my first order, I am supposed to pay only the difference amount and take delivery of the replacement order and return the old order product to the delivery person. Again next day on 29th May, 2018, they informed that they don't have the replacement order powder in stock and hence they cancelled the order and said that on 30th May, a delivery person will come and pick up the wrongly delivered product from my place and thereafter, I will get credit of the payment made by me in my PAYTM wallet in 7 working days. Today morning I called Medlife customer care where I was told that the delivery person is out for pickup of the product from my place. Suddenly at 3:51 P.M today, I receive a SMS from these idiots saying that our delivery agent attempted to deliver your order but could not reach you. This was totally false and misleading as no one from medlife came at my place throughout the day and I was available at my place for the whole day. I again called them and said that how come you guys are sending such wrong messages and the delivery person was supposed to pick up the old product and not deliver an order to which he said that it is a common system generated message and wordings cannot be changed. I said nobody has come to pick up the product then why are you sending wrong messages? The guy said that within 5 to 7 days, the product will be picked up. I got livid and said to him that how does your company operate in such a pathetic way? You guys deliver wrong medicine. You guys confirm replacement and then say it is out of stock. You guys tell that the wrong product will be picked up in 5 to 7 days and then again it will take another 7 working days to receive refund, why? You idiots deliver wrong medicine and then don't pick up the wrongly delivered product and still you have the audacity to say that it will be picked up in 7 days and another 7 days to receive refund, why? Am I a fool to wait for 15 days for the whole process? When I sent you money through PAYTM wallet, you guys immediately received it then why should I wait for 15 days? You idiots don't know how to run your business then why don't you down your shutters, you untrained nincompoops. I want my money back within 48 hours or be prepared to get a legal notice from my advocate. I will complain about your third class, unfair and unethical practice to the concerned higher authorities. Creeps like you need to be banned immediately. Shame on you people!!!

Don't use this service guys , collected my blood samples and told me that report will be sent via email within 3 days , calling them 3rd day they said report is ready we will send it within 1 hr, this call was made @1 in afternoon , again I called them around 7-8 they said we will send it to u today itself before 12, this type of replies continued for 3 consecutive days , this is the 7th day still I didn't get my report by email. Don't opt their full body checkup just for Discount. They are fraud. Customer service takes 5 mins to attend call. Too much pathetic.

The most unprofessional people in dealing with customers. I had order medicines for which I had paid online yet at my home my family member was asked to pay cash for the same order. On complaining they refused to acknowledge the double payment, on my insistence, they lodged a complain. Its been 10 days now, I am yet to receive my credit. Also on calling their customer care, they keep you on hold without they getting back to you. Plus they are unprofessional. Pathetic experience!!! Plz be cautious guys! Also there is no 20% savings...coz aft giving discount they charge you gst at 12% resulting in discount of approx 8% which any medical would give.

I wanted to have a full body test for my entire family. So, I wanted to book an appointment with MedLife Healthcare. I dropped a message on the contact number. The team called back and booked the slot for next day and confirmed over the call. After few care, the team contacted me and said the bookings are full and your slot stands cancelled. There are multiple plans given on the website but only few of them are being done in your area. This is what customer care informed. For all these reasons, I did not want to reschedule the appointment. An overall poor service and worst experience. Poor management. Suggest better go for nearby health centers in your area and get the routine checkups done.

The most unprofessional people in dealing with customers. I had order medicines for which I had paid online in advance. Some medicines are not available with their pharmacy, so they delivered other medicines excluding that medicine. so, they need to refund my money against excess payment. since 22 days i have not yet received my refund amount after several follow ups. Also on calling their customer care, they keep you on hold without they getting back to you. Plus they are unprofessional.
