I like the reception staff and nurse here. They are all very helpful. Do take your doctor provided prescription, if any, to them for smooth process.

Worst hospital service , Receptionist behaviour is not good..she is talking with the people like govt. Employee. When someone ask her , she said it's not her job. Many old age people waiting for covid vaccination but she didn't inform them for token. She told me that you can collect the report by 4'clk & when I was there at around 3:45 , she refused her words & did arguments with me. Hospital is good but for the receptionist behaviour , I'm giving only 1 star..

When I called the hospital for the appointment of Dr Manoj (Orthopaedic) on Monday dated 25 Apr 2022, Receptionist told me that come at 6:30pm. When I reached the hospital, the receptionist told me that Dr Manoj visit on Tuesday not today, I was shocked that they don't know their doctors time table and misguide the patient over the call and she gave me irrelevant advise that you can consult with the general physician despite knowing that the condition of the patient.Which kind of advise was that? Hospital management should take action to save their hospital image, if they bothered.
