★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered for important medicines on 10th February and they said they will deliver on 12 th February..However on 12th, they said they will deliver on 14th..How unprofessional is that? These are medicines and not some stuff that can be delivered late..and when I try to cancel the order, they mention to contact service centre..The service centre does not pick up calls..Avoid Medlife ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, fraud agency. They do not refund the money of the customers. Should be banned in India. Whenever you call to the Customer Care says already processed and the amount will be reflected in your account in 7 working days..... 15 working days lapsed and my money......gone

If you return any medicine they keep the amount in Medlife Cash Wallet as refund and keeps making void promises of transferring the amount to your bank account and whenever you call to the CusCare they says already processed and the amount will be reflected in your account in 7 working days - but but but IT IS A SHEER LIE......
It happened to me....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service of medlife, frauders, don't there customer care works not app. They even don't response of mails, I placed order of 40pc medicne on Cod but they sent only 4pc and there delivery man harassed female reciver and take full amount, now they don't refund money nor send actual amount of medicine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst online medicine company. I have ordered medicine on 30th March 2021. Medicine delivered was not as per my order, so I returned the medicine on 31st March 2021. Today is 12th April till now I haven't yet received my money back.

I ordered two different order in two different address and they have delivered all the products in the same address and now they are not accepting the return and they asking to place anew order as well.
My question medlife is are you guys selling vegetables that we keep on placing orders and it will be used in regular life so you can deliver it to anyone and they will accept it.
Even after delivery is done wrongly you guys don't care abt human life thanks for such an experience.
