★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irresponsible behaviour of the lab technician, appointment was fixed for blood test of my husband, he was asked to fat for 10 to 12 hours to undergo diabetes blood test nobody turned up for the test nor did anybody responded the call , pathetic customer service I do not recommend anyone to go for PharmEasy. Very disappointing services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will recommend not to get yourself tested at Medlife. Reports are not provided on time or provided partially. Even following up on their customer care for 48 hrs, complete reports are not provided. Only verbal assurance will be provided but not report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never recommend medlife to anyone. Partial report provided and rest of the reports are still pending even after a week. Customer care are of no use, called them 10 times but only assurance no solution. Neve ever get urself tested from medlife. Will rate in negative if possible.

Got the tests booked on its portal...customer care booked the test for next day when my requirement was for same day...however, asked to visit its Naraina based collection centre. When visited @ 9.45am...there was no collection boy at the centre and do not come before 11.15am...customer care was also helpless in resolving the matter and asked to wait one and half hours there. This was funny when tests required a 12 hr fasting. Not recommended if one has his/her own timing preference for tests or test needs to be done on urgent basis due to any reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. They take money and don't come to even collect blood sample. I booked full body checkup on 1st May and assigned technician named jeethu. Nobody came to get the sample. They rescheduled it for 2nd May.. and assigned technician named Karan veer to pick up sample at 8am. He dint come till 10.30..and switched off his phone when asked for how much time should I wait. Their 5 mins is 5 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional behaviour. I have booked a slot and I was hungry for 13 hours. Nobody came to take sample and lastly I received a message that I have rescheduled the test. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Delayed reports, no proper procedure followed. I bought package for Dengue tests and the reports came after 3 days. By then if someone had dengue he would've died. Worst place, not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience would never ever recommend this to anyone they claim that reports will he delivered within 30 hours its already 42 hours haven't received they took money and did not even refund . such frauds these guys are and all they are doing is SCAM!! Dont go there and dont book through PharmEasy worst app dont ever book!!!!! PharmEasy are frauds!
