The people in medplus they see prescription letter head and send them back to get medicine from same doctor., the medicines mentioned is normal one and they didn't even speak properly... My doctor name and clinic name is Dr. Rao, hospital in ayappanagar.. This is not right way, and this is not first time., this branch is spilling medplus namd..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online orders will also be accepted. Such orders will be processed in 24-48 hours. You need to carry doctor's prescription(and xerox of it) to get some medicines. For home delivery also same rule. Staffs are friendly and efficient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of MedPlus has most of the medicines in stock and had been punctual when it comes to handing over web orders. I do not incline my thoughts towards other negative aspects I have felt doing business with them, however employees can be even more customer friendly! In regard to the demonetization of 500 and 1000 currency notes the government gave clear communication to government hospitals and pharmacies, chemist shops to accept Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes till November 11 but this branch protested this statement and challenged many customers who were in dire need of medicines. They even informed that they will only follow what the store manager decides and that was being very unruly! BTW I had to pull off 2 stars for their attitude and another one for parking issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very unprofessional and have no pharma knowledge. They gave wrong medicines and had to go back to get it changed. They were not even apologetic about it. The brand medplus has lost credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is big and have big stock of medicine. Since I used to buy all medicine from here, they used to be very friendly with me and used to order unavailable medicine.
Only issue is that employees keep changing and some of them don't have much knowledge.
