We r regular buyer,each time we visit we find some difficulty or other especially when one Dipak & one lady in d counter.
Their behaviour is very unbecoming & unprofessional.Both of them consider themselves as if customers r servants & they r masters.I can cite umpteen number of misbehaviour to even Sr.citizens but it is not right forum to mention.
Kindly remove them immediately or post them at their native places to behave like feudal lords failing which your organisation may unecessarily be dragged to difficulties.
your early action is solicited & grievance recressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off all who the hell appointed the members. They don't have any manner to talk to customers. Especially the girl in the shop thinks herself as a doctor. I purchased some medicine and I don't have change so I told them try internet banking(Paytm, phonepe..etc) but they told this facility is not available, so why are you opening a big shop and attached so many advertising pics of internet banking. And how dare you to keep the medicine away without asking anything.
First of all learn MANNER before appointing such illetarate persons in the shop.

Affordable price.
Air conditioning room.
Easily noticable from normal traffic.
Two wheeler and four wheeler parking available here.
No entrance for wheelchair.
They have a policy in which you can get benefits as discount from 10 to 15%.
The front road will very wet on rainy season.

But 1 problem is that, u dont have a great service, here is exchange facilities is too short, When I face a problem about medicine, these staff are immediately solved by problem, but your company rules are not allowed to help your staff, anyway thanks for appointing them, we want these all staff for life time,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deeply disappointed by the behavior of the staff... They don't care about the customer. Always on their phone... They refused to give me a medicine cause it was an alternative medicine for what was mentioned in my prescription. They told me that they'll give me the medicine only if i show them the prescription with the exact name of the medicine written on it... However I've been ordering the medicine from medplus app as eell as gettingit from other outlets of medplus offline with the very same prescription. The shop is also ill maintained and unhygienic... While medplus is a thriving startup with good staff and service, this particular outlet is a complete exception to the medplus chain.
