★ ★ ★ ★ ★ मैं Med Plus का नियमित ग्राहक हूँ लेकिन कुछ दिनों से मैने ये संज्ञान लिया (नोटिस किया) कि आपके सेल्समेन/ सेल्सगर्ल ग्राहकों के साथ बिना मतलब की बहस करते हैं। अगर ग्राहक जो दवाई माँगता है उसे यह भी कहते हैं कि Dr द्वारा लिखी गई दवाई के बदले उसी तरह की दूसरी दवाई को टिकाने की कोशिश करते है । अगर आपके स्टोर पर कोई दवाई नही है तो आपका स्टाफ को मना कर सकता है बिना वजह दूसरी दवाई देकर ग्राहकों को परेशान न करे। कृपया अपने स्टाफ को सही ट्रेनिंग दे। ये मेरा सुझाव है। ये जो भी लिखा है वो आपके BT कवडे रोड वाले स्टोर के बारे में लिखा है।
 I am a regular customer of Med Plus but for some days I took this cognizance (notice) that your salesmen / salesgell debate with customers without any meaning. If the customer who asks for the medicine also says that instead of the medicine written by Dr, try to preserve the same medicine. If there is no medicine on your store then your staff can refuse without causing disturbance by giving other medicines. Please give proper training to your staff. This is my suggestion. All this written is written about the store with your BT Kawde Road.
