★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service, Actually staff just a failure. They ask customers to get your product by own just from rack. MEDPLUS, whosoever are considering customer relationship department, please please please change the hell staff. Don't know how your staff will handle the banner as they don't know about hospitality. Please have training about how to behave with customers. In India all are equal here, please take care of my words.

If you happens to visit in evening hours all the staff are busy, writing something in book or checking stock i think .No body is attending the customer who r standing or waiting. I visited today ,but when i saw this attitute ,i decided to purchase medicine from other nearby medical store..kindly improve your management
