I collect his medicines on his behalf. What I noticed is that the salesmen are very talkative and often indulges in irrelevant talks with tge customers which is an unprofessional conduct. I thought of complaining it to the higher authority many times. Eventually if things get worse I might take a serious step in the future.
Medicines are more or less available.
Discount is good (20%).
But Home Delivery facility though officially available , the staff is very lazy and irresponsible.
