★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im deposit all bill and reports .but my claim not clear till date so im suggest do nit buy a this poilcy for medical insurance . And customer care service is very poor . No one pick a pone since morning.

After so many follow ups they didn't proceed claims. No hierarchy for escalation, no hearing of any kind. Very worst service these guys provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very third class TPA, I am chasing update for my claim since December. Still no update. No one is attending the call in call center. Also I am doing follow-up via mail for my claim last 1 months. But no single update. Medsav TPA is not serious about the client. Pls don't perchsse any policy from this insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service after sales, I am employee of Indian Overseas Bank and we have group health insurance, I claimed my hospitalized claim which was settled but post hospitality claim is pending till now since sep 2019 to Aug 2020, I have emailed and couriers many times but TPA is not responding so overall conclusion is this, The TPA is making fool focus , please don't purchase this TPA products,Very poor claim settlement , Third class service after sales. They are cheating us, They are theafting our pockets.
I am very disappointed from this TPA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The claim settlement ratio is very poor and I suggest to all people whose TPA is medsafe plz change your TPA otherwise u loose ur money. This is very unprofessional and I also against legal action against this company.

MedSave TPA is very worst and Pathetic Company. I will suggest never go there for job .Just waste of energy and times...
Company HR are very poor and unprofessional .....
I am just telling you one incident which happened with me. I got calls multiple times from their side for Interview ,and I gave the Interview two round telephonic and third one was face to face, and got selected there for CRM position. Their HR confirmed to me at same time and said me that you will get the letter within 2-3 days . After some days, i called they said "we are just sending you letter EOD". After 2 days, I called them but none of them picked my calls ....In the some scenario, they send the letter to employee but they do not confirmed of date joining or no value of offer letter...So don't waste of your time there for job........
