★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this project & was eager to book EA2 with 50+ lacs. But inside the flat it was damp, watery on the dining hall & master bedroom. Enquired them about this important issue but no valid justification provided. Moreover, there staff especially Soma is one if the rudest person I have ever talked to.

As a whole GPS Group is an honest and dedicated builder and it has done a fantastic job offering Meena Fortuna with its beautiful landscape and cozy residential vibe. We must emphasize how amazing the staffs are. They are very friendly, open, great with communication and stellar to provide service not many other builders do. The registration process was seamless. Moreover the purchasing was exceptionally pleasant. Hope this review would help who is considering buying a flat but hasn’t decided yet. Take a deep breath and go for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is been the pleasant experience of 10 months and expecting more client friendly in the long run. The Registration process was simple and easy. The project open space and planning is nice and the flat structure is good. The quality of the product installed looks good and will share further review when on use. The Director of the company is approachable and do take care on the problems shared. And yes, that the project delivered before the committed timeline for the benefit of the clients. But quite surprised to not have guest parking available. Hope this review help to be the family of Meena Fortuna ☺️
