★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people to deal with. I bought a LED light and paid by Bhim app online. The transaction showed failed. So made another transaction for same amount and it was successful. I told the shop keeper twice the amount got debited from my account and if the first failed transaction amount gets credited asked them to return. I opened case with BHIM and my bank. They both confirmed both my transactions got credited to his HDFC bank account ending 6015 along with 13 other transactions happened that day. Even now he claims he didn’t received his money and he is not paying me back one failed transaction amount. Opened a case with. Bharatpe. Let us see. This guy is a cheat. Please do not buy anything from this shop.

I Bought two philips tubelights on different instances, both went off in 2-3 days installation.
When I requested for a replacement not even a refund, I was denied by an answer that they don't take the responsibility
