1. Never had water problem.
2. Never had electricity problem as there is power back up.
3. Lift facility . With gates after 10.
4. Good security.
5. CCTV camera in every floor.
6. Good indoor parking space which is very hard to find in Bangalore.
7. Very good , gentle and kind hearted owner.
8. Neighbours are all friendly and well behaved.
9. Rooms are well designed for light and air.
