★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a cab from Delhi Airport on 14.03.2021. My destination was Country Inn hotel shahibabad, Ghaziabad.
Your representative at the airport told me the fare will be around 1000 ( which itself was way higher than other cab providers), but since I was in a hurry, I proceeded with the bookings.
As, the car started from the airport the driver started his tantrums. He said the slip is wrong, he has given you Gurugram slip, but I told him there was no one at the counter when I booked the cab. And if the slip is wrong it's your fault, you take it back and ask them.(OTP on the slip and on my sms was same, so it's definite that driver lied to me). Since, I was in hurry, I agreed to hum as he said he will take me to Ghaziabad with company meter on.
As, I reached my destination I received a bill of Rs. 1064.56, so I paid him the amount but now he was like this bill is wrong as we came out of way. The actual bill is 1500 and you have to pay that. When I refused to pay, he told he will not let me get down. Since, I went to a marraige function and my friends were observing this scene from outside, so out of the embarrassment I paid him 1200 and moved out.
But this is for your notice, that if you are going to loot your customer in this way, then soon your service will cease to exists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Cab from N.Delhi Airport, this service is just expensive and not better than any other local taxi service. I opted for cash payment and driver just asked money more than it showed in his meter. I will not refer to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unprofessional drivers. The one I was in refused to increase the air con in the car. And charged us extra for luggages. Taxis are supposed to carry passengers along with luggages. But mega cab tried to fool us by charging extra for luggages even though the bags fit perfectly in the trunk of the car. Very very unprofessional.
