★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I can say that I wasted almost a year at this place with no stable process to work with . An even though after putting yr hard work you dnt get recognised cause there are a lot of politics. An one thing I learnt bout this company is the long as u dance towards the managements tunes u can survive in the company but if u try insisting, the nxt move what would they do is ask u to leave saying no process , wen they were so many process which they didn't , in this 10 months that I worked over here I worked for 7 different process an before making me attend this interview I already kept the management informed saying I can't do a day shift since I wanted only night shift , an then they say just attend the interview we I'll replace someone but that didn't happen an wen I tried reaching out to the management I got to talk to Kannan the CEO of the company who said ya dnt worry u I'll be moved to night shift an when I come the next day they say no process because I insisted to work in that process an everyday the HR puts saying huge openings for night shift an wen I asked that there was no reply in fact she didn't no wat to say... All I can say is a lot of politics . Pathetic place to work with and I wish if there was a suggestion Box on floor, where every week yourl would have gòt letters to read an then yourl would have an idea as to wats happening on the floor. On a scale of 1 to 10 one being bad an then 10 being good I rate this company 1 an I wanted to share my experience an I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to interview and they wasted my whole day from morning 11:00 Am to 7pm they took interview and they said they have shortlisted later when I went to final round after final round they said me to wait for the result after sometime they said uh can leave will update you By call it was 3 days no update is given later when I texted any update they texted back saying your rejected no proper feedback they did not said for what reason they have rejected if a person is not suitable for your process you need to say openly got rejected why wasting our time no proper management here. My whole day got wasted.
