★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuff behavior is good, great handling in problems. Great service.
But delivery system is very poor. Every month delivery is late 10 days.
Otherwise everything is good.
I give 4 star to Megacity Bharat Gas, please see the delivery matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic and frauds. They will use your consumer number to book cylinders but they will not deliver it to you, instead they black market it at higher prices. There distribution license needs to be revoked and should be jailed for fraudulent services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Didn’t understand how they run the business. Bharat Gas should take back the distribution ownership from them. No phone number exists to contact to them moreover took more than 20 days to deliver a cylinder. Completely disappointed being a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Takes ages to deliver the LPG cylinder. They don't pick up calls. Of you make a prepaid purchase then they'll give your cylinder to someone else and mark it as delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is rating below 1 i would have given them that. Staff behaviour is very rude and unacceptable. They won't deliver the cylinder on time. Even if you visit and tell them to deliver they will say it is going to deliver today only but you won't get it. If you visit the office anytime atleast 2-3 people are always there with the same problem of cylinder not yet delivered. This is what I have seen whenever I went there. If you raise the complaint they will close it without resolving.
So, if you don't want to waist your time don't register with them. Find the other agency or go for some other Gas service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This distributor and their staffs has no idea to deal with an emargency commodity like LPG. They not only make late and irregular refill delivery after requesting over phone calls but the person in office who receives the phone call,always make a false commitment every month.They always use to make change the delivery man and/or his contact number. No good or bad word worked to improve their service since last 7/8 months. IS THERE ANY WAY OUT TO GET SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM OR I HAVE TO CHANGE THE DISTRIBUTOR
