★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm professional behaviour issues can not be resolved the same issue I have to complain them even after four services issues not resolved they just keep charging for brakes oil in everything but I prefer not to visit this service centre really bad experience I'm so sick of it i prefer not to buy suzuki because after seeing this people services good for nothing i mean suzuki have to do something about this i lost my fate suzuki now I don't trust Suzuki anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given my bike two time for servicing and both times and it got breakdown. Before servicing, my bike was in good condition. They gave me a big bill of 4000rs on servicing day stating that bike is in perfect condition and after two days, it got broken down. Don't know whom to Complaint also, as its waste of giving money to do servicing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water service is pathetic and we asked they just cleaning with cloth and they Just finish in 15mins for free service and assume everything will be fine. They don't look detail just oil n water service. Disappointed with suzuki service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting nearly half a dozen service centers in Bangalore, I can honestly say this is one of the best service centers I have come across.
-Service Managers are friendly and explain technical jargon in layman terms.
-GREAT ACCESSIBILITY: All departments are on the ground floor
-Workshop layout is designed brilliantly to accommodate many vehicles.
-Customer lounge is right next to the workshop with all amenities (TV, Magazines, AC, Water Cooler)
Workshop is well-lit, airy and spacious.
Service Experience - 10/10 no hassle and most importantly, Addressed every issue without making me have to come back.

1. When i went they gave me approx quotation and which was way higher then what is used to do it near bannerghatta road. When i asked its too high he directly said, go to bannerghatta road only and do it.
2. After service they have not even washed the bike and they have put some extra charges in bill and when i asked what it is about they just said service only eventhough service charge was already mentioned in another row.
Never recommend to anyone.

I had a very worst experience with service.
They didn't washed the scooty also properly.
They have charged my extra amount for simple adjusting the front tyre gaurd.
*****Worst Suzuki service*****
Today I had done another service for my scooty and other Suzuki service center. There also the same thing.
Really very dispointed with Suzuki service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service quality the bike wasn't washed at all. I doubt if they have changed the engine oil also when I opened it the old oil was still there. I have experienced it 4-5 times now.
Any where in bangalore suzuki has the worst service centers. This is #1 worst service center in bangalore.
