★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional hill top location, mind blowing aerial views of Sinhgad fort, Khadakwasala dam and City from top floors. Though builder construction quality is questionable, water seepage issues. Meghmalhar is well maintained though other societies at DSK Vishwa are just mess. Inadequate streetlights, bad roads, water shortage, undelivered commitments from builder and so on..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DSK Meghmalhar society is the best society in DSK vishwa. People should visit. Its like hill station. You will have good deals if you want to buy flats and live there. Garden scenic view. Quite serenity. Its the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is very good in terms of security, cleanliness and location wise. It’s like a hill station during winter. The biggest problem is 12 months you will face water problems due to which many flats are vacant. No permanent solution for this as per Administration. Dependent on water tankers!
