β β β β β Very sorry to say this merchant is charging extra 2 % on credit card payments , even the strict instruction as been made by RBI that a merchant cant charge extra transaction fees on any credit or debit card payments. Will make a complaint against this to the concerned bank and RBI as well. Apart from this such a rude staff is there who are unable to respond properly. Being in a service industry they don't know how to speak with the customer.
