★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called the customer care to enquire about an important document that was to be delivered from within the city, yet they took almost a week to deliver (weekend in between is fine) and when i called to ask, the lady over the phone was less than happy to be of assistance and was rather doing a favour by picking up the call.

1. The delivery boy will give excuses like weather bad for 3 days so can't deliver.
2. No one will pick up the call for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier in India. I don't understand why banks like ICICI use this kind of bad courier service. Its been 9 days since booked, my important document is untraceable. There is no tracking in the courier website. The courier phone no. also unreachable. DTDC and Blue Dart is much better.
