★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour was very much bad & also they people have no manners how to treat the customer & there services, I just want my duplicate bill & i had visited many times but still they people misguinding us from last 3 months continuously, Worst jewellers i have ever seen yet, Local jewellers far better from Mehrasons, I highly suggest don't buy any jewellery from Mehrasons...

Thanks for your response, I would like to inform you that i have been purchased my jewellery from krishna nagar branch, but they people denied to give duplicate bill for the same, So i visited to the head office at Tilak nagar & all the details which i have been provided is correct, I have been verified it many times & also i gave them the nearest date with correct details to your representatives for duplicate bill, But still they don't have any record for the same, I once again requested you to give same as the information provided by us is 100% correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the jeweller to get a bracelet extended in length. Refused citing reason that can't do, design is old, cant do same design. 2 years ago they promised they can extend any length. not a great shop to do business!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outdated designs. Outdated staff. Unethical practices & unfair customer treatment. I had gone to return a gold ornament and buy something new but the staff there refused to provide any bill/invoice/informal receipt for the ornament that I wanted to return. Offcourse the price deductions & gold rate given to me was not fair which is why they were not issuing anything on paper. As I was time bound and just wanted to be done with this brand so had to accept the cash in lieu of the ornament. I dont ever plan to return to Mehrasons neither would I ever recommend it to someone.
I had visited Krishna Nagar branch.
