Making charges are two high and staff argued a lot.
Thats why no customer is there in this shop .
Man sitting at a bangle or bracelet counter argued very much ,
Have purchased many jewellery from mehrason cp and south ex but Karol Bagh branch 's staff and showroom is pathetic.
Repeatly saying man at bangle counter is pathetic behaviour on asking simple question why Ur making charges are more than rest of other bigger brands than u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the jeweller to get a bracelet extended in length. Refused citing reason that can't do, design is old, cant do same design. 2 years ago they promised they can extend any length. not a great shop to do business!!!

Highly recommended Vasundhra Jewellers Pitam Pura Delhi for buy/sell.
I visited their showroom (Mehra sons, Karol Bagh, Delhi) with approx 25 yrs old jewellery, strange they Refused with Rude Behaviour to recognize their own unique design (female kada) Jewellery

The staff herself misplaced pendant and kept on other tray and asked my mother to check again and again stating"kabi kabi kapde m ghir jatha hai chipak jatha hai and all" See whatever designs we liked we sorted and kept on tray. Purely unprofessional behaviour. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Worst sales executive who herself kept thing's here and there and then asking customers to check. Later stating hope burra nai maana hoga aesa ho jatha hai really of same happened with you how will you feel?
