★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken a iPhone Konnect cable couple of months back. The cable charging port pin had some issue after a month because of which my iPhone also had problems. I asked the owner sitting in the shop to get it exchanged since it had 2 years warranty but he said I would need the guarantee card that I had misplaced. I showed him the transaction on my credit card statement. He kept the cable and said he would give a try. When I went after 2 days he said the person didn’t accept this cable. This should not be damaged.. why will one need a replacement if it it’s not faulty or damaged.
I would never refer anyone to that shop, these people talk sweet but it’s just to sale there stuffs.
