Honourable Doctor, I guess, has been suffering from inferiority complex since a urologist makes less money than a heart surgeon, so, honourable Doctor desperately tries to cope with that shortfall in his income.
So please do take a second opinion before falling pray to the need of any (unwanted) operation.
Please ask for the reason for the surgery that honourable Doctor suggests to have a clarity or understanding once the surgery is done, since sometimes honourable Doctor forgets (inadvertently or intentionally) why had he precribed an operation to any patient.
