The experience is very poor. Seems to be selling first copy. I purchased latest V9 with a buyback offer for Nokia5 worth 5k.
Executive verified everything and offered me the costing. Post purchasing the new phone, executive denied to buyback the phone, showing flaws. Also the newly purchased phone would cost 35% deduction in case of return.
This is how the business is performed here. BEWARE.
