★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am changing the rating from 5* to 3*. Initial impression and service before placing the order was excellent. Multiple problems during execution - including attitude of folks from Meine Kuche.
- platform height was taken wrong (which could not be changed post installation)
- installation did not complete on time
- design head had arguments with my architect (humble and senior with vast experience) multiple time - showing inflexibility and attitude
- a defect is yet to be rectified after having inspection done
Overall happy with the quality but not a 5* given that it’s a premium service with high cost. Cost vs value - it’s average rating.

We are in the process of getting our kitchen rebuilt. We selected Meine Kuche based on their quality of material, quality of design and impeccable response in initial conversation.
Our interaction with Pratik Saraf, has been excellent! He is very innovative and creative when it comes to designing. He takes into consideration all your suggestions, and turns them into beautiful design.
Happy to recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do take quote from another store, don't trust them. Their work is probably good but they charge atleast 40% higher for the same quality of fittings and finish. Its a disgusting feeling like the kind you get from extremely greedy people...
I won't be surprised by their response. They have the ability to stoop really low..please do your due diligence before giving an advance. They still owe me 20k..
Hope no one else has an experience like mine..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give ZERO STARS. but there isn’t an option for that. Their business has no room for the customer’s consideration. They are money driven only and in disguise of your welfare, will try to extract as much money as possible out of your pocket by showcasing false concern towards your requirements.
On confronting them about their exorbitant prices in comparison for the SAME work from other traders in town, they become very humiliating and rude.
Never coming back here and strongly ditter anyone to give them a chance for their ‘in-hospitality’.

What started as a good collaboration has unfortunately resulted in a comple mess. My parents (both 60+) are getting their retirement apartment made with their savings and used your services to build their modular kitchen. We had finialized a different colour online and you delivered a completely different colour - its so different that even the excuse that there is a difference in online and reality is not justifiable. Additionally the qualtiy of material is also poor. My parents have sent you repeated emails but without any response. They had planned their entire living room and ordered furniture to match with the kitchen and now all that planning has gone down the drain as well. It is very disturbing to see that you dont even care to respond to the inconvenience you have caused. Attached some pitcures for everyone to see.
