★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an ok parlour for a quick eyebrow or upper lip, however I would not get anything else done here, their hygenie level isn't that great and th service is really slow. Generally there is only one or 2 people to tend to customers and u have to wait a long time before you are serviced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience was really really bad. The people working there are so rude and condescending. The work also is so hasty with no attention to detail. It's actually just another below average parlour. One staff member, a lady with a funny tone was so rude and inept at her job. The owner's behaviour was also entirely cold. As a customer I didn't feel it worth at all. The people who really liked it were their regular customers with whom they were very cordial. But to become a regular, your first experience needs to be worth it. I wouldn't go again. It would be insulting.

The baby hair cut was devastating.
Manicure and pedicure was was below average
Most importantly, my hair colour was not what I expected. I stay at international country and I have done hair colour almost 10 times. I know what results are to be expected. But I was surprised when the experts in Melissa beauty parlour spoiled my hair, they made my hair colour unexpected. On returning back to them, they said they will fix it for me, but I was surprised when they even more worsen it. I was looking like a fool. I went home and cried for hours since my hair was spoiled, my protein was damaged, my scalp is still burining while I am writing, I felt they chemically abused my hair with bleach which was unexpected. The bottom line is that they dint even understand what colour I wanted. Even though I got me refund, but the damage is already done and it’s irreplaceable as I can’t do anything on my hair for months due to the heavy chemicals used. They infrastructure of the salon is so unhygienic, and there is no AC or any additional service. I saw the salons rating as 4 star and decided to try it, but I am sure , the quality of the salon must have decreased over the years as the salon should be rated 1 star. Please read the latest reviews and visit the salon or els you will be shocked like me. The only thing I liked about the salon was the head massage.
