★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company , these can hire the employee and take work from them, but during salary time ''MD has hold his(employee) salary" then he can give his whole month work detail sheet to hr 2 to 3 times, then to MD, MD can take many Jobs from employee before releasing his salary, at last he can give only half of salary for First month . After 2 to 3 month MD can hold employees salary, same procedure is repeated for releasing but this time he take 2 or 2.5 month, during this time either Employee can leave the company by suffering from financial condition or last MD can say you are terminated. Then employee can run the office for 2 to 3 month. But they didn't permit you to enter the office, employee just come upto company gate only... But company can hire the another one in place of you. "In 2016 to Aug, 2017 there was 7 Quality Engineers was hire and terminate"Typical Lala or Baniya COmpany with Good infrasturcture but narrow mind
It is good to wait for next job, in place of joining here and waste your own money to come here and give service to this company for 2 to 3 month.
Depend on you either take it as right or feel it right after suffering from this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst factory to work. When you will higher to work they will say to come at second factory in Okhla office and they will try to impress you through the interview taking process (HR also includes in this game he knows everything that after one month you will be out from the company)
This is their process from last many years why they do this because in their factory all the employees are uneducated and their thoughts is to make/taking advantage from the educated candidate which was higher for only one month
Salary will not be paid when you will got out from the company
