★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't pick up calls by saying "our landline is broken". The staff is rude. They don't take appointments online and make people wait for no reason. They could do better time and patient management by giving appointments.
The staff is real problem. The staff is too proud and rude to the patients and I'm sure the doctor doesn't know how pathetic the staff behaves.
