★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to order anything. My order #6250 is still showing pending n delivery date was in the month of April. Called them several times. Now they are not even receiving my phone also. Mailed them regarding th refund but no reply. Fraud service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mera Kisan products are not good I have a shop so I purchased products to sell but product quality is not so good and to much expensive. Only few products has been sold and rest are lying in my store. I have send mail also to Mr. Prashanth Patil and Rajesh Dabhade but I have not received any response from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I had ordered prepaid groceries and vegetables on 23 april 2020. Many otems were missing so i asked for refund of items that i did not receive. No one replies for days and months. Its almost 1 year now still they dont want to refund. DO NOT BUY from these cheap people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered vegetables and fruits from here which was prepaid. And when delivery happened it doesn't seemed organic. Most of the items were rotten such as banana and Cauliflower had fungus on it. And some of my items were unavailable. When asked for refund I do not get any response, I emailed 2 weeks back and still no response from them on the same. Very unprofessional behaviour. I ordered from here because this was recommended in What's hot Pune page, not sure how such companies get recommendation. Big mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems there is no one responsible operating in the company.
Had placed an order - 8729 to my home and was not delivered at the promised date. Even after following up with the contact number provided.
THe guy handling the customer care number doesnt seem to have any idea about who delivers what orders. False promises were given many at times about the deliver.
Finally i got some number off the website and requested cancellation, which, though acknowledged positively, i am yet to get the amount refunded to my original mode of payment.
Absolutely horrible experience trying to get in touch with these people. ( be it for status of the order or for refund. )
Earlier had a good experience with the Mangoes and hence had decided to go with them the second time. Stay away from these guys.
Also, their app needs quite a lot of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have not refunded me amount worth Rs 6k since April 2020! I recently got contacted by their team to order more from them. When I reminded them about my pending refund, they stopped responding by magic!
Don't get scammed by these very unethical people. Somehow my time is worth more than Rs6k, else I'd drag you to consumer court.
