1) Good support from seniors.
2) We can buy any technical book which is reimbursed by the company.
3) Flexi time makes life easy in Mumbai. Reaching on time is unpredictable, with flexi timing, I don't need to worry about leave deduction.
4) Good projects with multi technology exposure.
