★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Friends, I had the worst experience with Auto Hanger when I approached them after losing the Key for my Benz E Class this month. I was asked to contact Mr. Richard for service issues ( Worli Showroom ) and I contacted him on 8th November and given all the details he asked. Then he said the name in Benz is still the dealer's and it needs to be changed to get a new key and it will take 32 Hours. It's been 2 weeks now, I am still nowhere and Mr. Richard was not responding to my calls and chatting that he will revert. I wasted 2 weeks on this with Richard / Auto Hanger. Benz needs to ensure that the partners they select for after sale services are helping the customers post purchase. I never have any issue with Navnit Motors for my Jag, who are prompt on services and they always keep me updated on any service enquiry that I give. I strongly suggest Auto Hanger to look into their service quality / team and help the customers who are in need.Hope none of you guys ever have such a nightmare with Auto Hanger Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met the sales head Mr Nikunj and discuss my doubts about my car and was very cooperative and cleared my queries. Except unable to supply my car accesory mud flaps which was due since 1 1/2 month but as informed by him it has been stopped by mercedes.

And here’s WHY :
We booked a vehicle (GLS) in September 2021.
The promise from Dealership was, before end of the year we should be getting the vehicle delivered.
Right after the booking Sales people stopped answering calls. Or even reverting back.
If they did answer mistakenly, they’d say “I’ll get back to you tomorrow” and then again COLD. For months..
Sales process followed is on one principle :
Be as ignorant as possible with the client.
Then there’s some icing of arrogance on top as if ignorance wasn’t enough.
To be precise it’s a
‘TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT’ process.
False delivery dates/months promises :
Starting of the month they’ll promise 2nd week,
In second week they guarantee end of the month and then as we reach closer to end of the month, they’d stop responding calls.
This has been going on for past 3 months.
We expected to get the delivery before 31st March, that didn’t happen either.
So far we haven’t gotten delivery of the vehicle.
For over 1 month the dealership / Mercedes India has our full payment for the vehicle for which we are paying EMI without getting the vehicle.
To sum it all up,
Save yourself some dignity, disappointments & chaos.
Buy something else. If not, then buy from some other dealer.
The chaos and the stress is just NOT WORTH it.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
