★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is awesome. Their services are well organised. They are quick in response and provide very much transparency in services. Generally it cover most of the hospitals and provide cashless facilities but in my case, i had to pay in cash and my hospitalisation expenses and pre-post hospitalisation reimburse in a single claim. Overall I am happy with the ICICI health insurance service.
