★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic cab services. The monthly cab amount is taken in advance and then the supervisors conviniently switch off their numbers. The cab doesn't even come on few days and we are asked to book our own cabs. Then even the amount doesn't get reimbursed.
The management is very rude, taking advantage of people.Bad cabs and rash drivers!!
Its only because people have no other commuting option that they still use Meri Bus service.
The payment reminder service is six sigma level. We get reminders at the last week of every month even after making payments. Do I need to say more???
Pathetic cab service!!
Meri Bus team. Today again second time in the same month we are booking a cab and travelling since your cab broke down midway!!
Who is responsible for our delay to office??This has become a joke. Nobody from the team is concerned about the commuters plight!!
Can anyone be kind enough to look into this a provide a resolution???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meri bus is a worst service provider cab facility. They are fraud people and do fake commitments from their customers, they charge very high amount of money from their customers, may be of 6 months all together, if they see customer is innocent so they make fool of him/her in the best way they can. Their drivers r ill-mannered and ill cultured they just don’t know how to talk and the team of meri bus is least interested in listening to their customer they never change the drivers. And they don’t even have GPS tracker which is very much necessary today and their drive the car at the speed of 40.
I joined them in Jan 2016 and left in June. From Gurgaon to West Delhi and they promised me that your morning pick upp will be done at 7 am in the morning and u will be dropped by 6:30 in the eveining and their will be waiting time of 5 mins. And then they changed my morning pick upp from 7 to straight away 6:40 in the morning and they clubbed the route of Dawrka – Janakpuri – Subash Nagar – lat but not the least punkabhi bagh, I started reaching home around 8pm and when I complaint they said we will follow this route only. Because they don’t people with them, everyone is leaving. But they hardly care. Their will leave u in the gap if 2 mins, suppose if you pick up time is 6:50 and you will reach by 6:52 they will leave and say come on your own, when they promise the waiting time of 5 mins. They are cheat and they will not going leave even a single chance to cheat you and if you go to their owner Nitin Chayak he will simply says I am not looking in this project now, I have many other important work please handle on your own as I am least interested.
