1) Unqualified service advisors and staff
They are clueless about the jobs that need to be done and inspected. (Not talking about the workshop incharge here but service advisors who are customer facing)
2) Highly careless attitude.
You tell them your issue isn’t resolved, they don’t care unless you visit a couple of times again.
3) Customer Lounge and amenities are the worst here.
4) All time unavailability of parts.
5) Once your car is done with service/repair and washing, it will be parked aside.
Its you and only you who is going to figure it out and tell the advisor that your car is ready. (Based on 5 visits)
Last but not least, they pester you and try to make you very insecure, in case you deny any non-sense job which they recommend you.
IF YOU CAN’T GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT ANOTHER HONDA DEALERSHIP THAN THIS, BETTER NOT TO BUY A HONDA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical service center with really helpful staff, clearly describe the estimated service cost and inform timely about any other improvements/issue detected during service.
Only problem is the roads that lead upto this place, govt/MC rohtak needs to look into the road conditions and build such roads that can take loads of upto 70-80 tons because this is an industrial area with heavy machinery use throughout the year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic as per most of honda agency & services Stations rules. Almost all work done by honda authorized mechanic and parts. Behavior is much good then expected talk normally as friendly. Quality of work done is good . And most of things is that they given priority to every customer as per requirement. Rohtak is most famous for nearby city's for honda car service n repairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great liars'. Gave my car for repair work, they returned after 20 days, always new excuses. Quality of work done was ok. Repair work was of rear bumper, front bumper and light were uninstalled when checked after 8 days of giving car. ???
