The complex have 2 and 3 BHK apartments among which few consists of Terrace. It is spread over 4.5 acres of Land.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful housing complex with lots of amenities, such as Swimming pool, Billiard, Table Tennis, Gym, Library, Yoga room, Kids play zone, Padel boating facility on natural pond. Fully AC community hall is for organizing small get together. Each flat has one parking space. We celebrate every festival here like Durga puja, Laxmi puja, Saraswati puja, Dol utsab, New years Eve, Bengali New years (Nababarsho) etc.

Inside of the complex has a wide water body surrounded by gardens which has added a village like flavour and has good reasons for the residents to enjoy the freshness of nature. We visited to our family friend has enjoyed our stay thoroughly and has been a beautiful day out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Merlin maximus , this building is situated near sodepur.
From sodepur station you get in a toto or others vehicles . This building is so beautiful , I have ever seen . In the 3rd floor there was a garden and swimming pool .
In the afternoon all small kids come down from their appartment and plays. .
After all I like this area too much ❤️
