★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place at all. I was living in the same area since the complex was empty ground. In the past 12 years I only noticed that this place is not a very friendly place.
Not a very safe place at night.
Waterlogging happens inside the complex even in very small rains. The building also looks too old even though they are maybe 5 to 7 years old only.
Transport facility is also very poor during night time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite nice and guarded Appartment. My Grand parents live there. Hence having a functional lift was very important and I'm impressed with the quality . It's mostly a community of elder citizens living there.. so if you're an elder looking for a retreat like living experience this place is really good. Except for a little drainage issue during monsoon everything is awesome.
