They choose very good place and you will most the Kolkata view from the top floor. They providing all the facilities within the society. Dream houses for many. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is extremely high considering the locality which is surrounded by factory and canal. We went over there on considering the name of group. However their price is very high and even they are also not willing to negotiate. Great which seems either their demand is high or Group has lot of surplus. Whatever it could be. From my end Big No at the price considering various factors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an owner, my honest confession would be the 5-7 mins walkway lane before entering the complex, is too narrow and congested. Also the habitations are not apt for such high priced apartment. This is the biggest negative attribute of this construction. One can otherwise actually go for it as the builder is renowned and quality is expected , high living in the midst of nature although staying near city; location is also good and independent.

Very sophisticated flat. Well decorated, accommodate places. It's wholly owned apartment by Merlin group. Merlin group is one of the most renowned real estate group in West Bengal. Not only Bengal it's spread their branch in Bengaluru, hydrabad also. Back to this project, it's really very near from Nabanna, Mandirtala area. Shibpur market, Bathaitala market is also very near. IIEST (FORMERLY BESU) is walking distance from here. Just 10 minutes from Kolkata. It's named waterfront because from here you will see the Ganges from your Apartment. Very well decorated, sophisticated flats are available. Parking, 24 X 7 Electricity, water facilities, CCTV servilence and many more is also available on this project. Just go for it. One of the best project in howrah.
