β β β β β dont use airport MERU CAB service. please use OLA or UBER cab through app booking insted of MERU. because where MERU CAB charge Rs.1000 for non ac old car .. there is OLA cab available within 400 with full AC car.

β β β β β It was nice experience when my cousin was coming back to India, our car got break down. In a minute we got MERU and luckily it was with well mannered and well behaved chauffer, beyond our expectations . It was definitely not like the other company. Keep it up MERU.

β β β β β Appalling experience. Received confirmation SMS for Airport drop. Dint receive any further confirmation until 10 mins before pick up time. When I called them, the guy on the other side was very casual in his response and stated there are no cabs available. They dint even have the courtesy to send me a msg or call me to update they are not sending me a cab as confirmed by them. I had to run from pillar to pole as I was completely new to the place and it was very early in the morning. I almost missed the flight and I was running literally for the next 1.5 hrs. Don't trust these guys.

β β β β β I paid 358 INR for the Meru cab from T1 to T3. It was fair price for the service (in the evening). I paid it by debit card without any problem. A taxi company near Meru on left side wanted 700 INR for the same service.

β β β β β Absolutely no reason to pay inflated charges here. Please do yourself a big favor and book an Uber or Ola cab for half the fare.

β β β β β Very convenient pickup from new T1 Delhi airport arrival terminal. There is a counter just at the exit gates of arrival terminal. You get cab just at the first lane next to the arrival gates at new T1 terminal. Better than ola or uber since you don't need to run looking for your cab at some distant lanes. Costly compared to ola/uber, but convenient and completely hassle-free. Especially if you are traveling with a senior citizen, then go for Meru.
