β β β β β Bought chicken pattice and chicken garlic pattice on 15th Jan, 2021 amounting to Rs.300 from Goregaon west shop. It was all spoilt, had extremely sour taste. We called the shop immediately and informed them about it. The way they spoke, it felt like they knew it was spoilt. One guy we spoke to, told us to get it back and they would refund the amount. We told them we we are at andheri now and we wont be able to come until Monday, 17th Jan to which the guy agreed and said its fine. However, when we approached the shop, they did not refund us at us and gave all possible excuses. Its pathetic. I have been eating from merwans since ages but never faced such issue. The Goregaon shop has opened recently and we have eaten from here many times but due to this experience I cannot trust them anymore especially with bulk orders...

β β β β β Earlier , we Goregaonkars had to travel all the way to Andheri or Borivli for our favorite Merwans brand cakes, cookies, pastries etc, now we have our own branch. All products are fresh & delicious. The shop is open all 7 days a week, from morning 9 to night 9 , that is convenient for all. The shop is well decorated, neat , with cheerful staff.

β β β β β The staff here is very unprofessional. They donβt use gloves but use their hands to pick up the cakes and puffs. When I told them so they donβt pay any attention. On two occasions they packed less items and when I called them up they blame the crowd or someone else for the mistake. The management here should look into this . I think the staff needs to be trained. Compared to Malad , Borivali outlets this one has untrained and unprofessional staff.

β β β β β This is truly the best cake shop in Mumbai. Fresh cakes are available all the time. I have visited this store multiple times and have tried almost all the cakes available. Dutch truffle, caramel custard and the white forest cake are simply amazing. Apart from the cakes, they also have delicious chicken and veg pattices and rolls. And this shop is very reasonable in terms of prices
