★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality and food is good is very good brand but specially I would like to inform you the staff at this particular shop is very rude no manners . I was willing to give order of 20 snacks box they only share the cost not at all share with me till what time to give the order. I went evening back to give order the heighted boy fat boy red t shirt front of everyone he insulted that go time has gone now we not take order in such rude way I can’t explain . It was big order Looking to his attitude he was not at bother actually next time also will not going to buy anything from this shop tell my friends and relatives also not to buy from particularly this shop.We know it is a brand but can’t treat your customer this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont have words to describe the quality of food the shop is providing. You can't eat just one any of the items put up there..be it pastry, cakes, breads or super tasty puffs... all the items are so fresh and so delicious... and top of that all the items are very budget friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally love merwans specially their focaccia but few days back i realised that the customer service isn't the best.In brief me and my family got a couple of things from merwans (Chembur,near diamond garden one) we took our packed order only to realise that one item was missing we didn't wanted to make a fuss about it but we decided to call and inform them so they can make a note of it . When we call they and told them and the next thing i hear is we will see and hang up on us.that was just disrespectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Chembur Location of Merwans at 7.20pm and purchased 4 Hariyali Chicken Rolls and 4 Pepper Chicken Mayo Rolls. I rode back home in 45mins and my family began to eat it. But each and every roll was spoilt and gave out a pungent smell. I had to throw out all of the food. I looked for the Chembur store number on Google but it had no contact number so I used the Chat option and told them about it. Basically didnt want them to sell stale food any more. But there was no reply (even after reading it). So I visited their shop again to tell them about their lack consideration of customer health and safety but they just brushed of my complaint saying that no one has ever complained and I must have heated it and taken which will definitely cause it to go stale.
I guess he hadn't noticed that they keep the Air Conditioner switched off almost the whole day. Of course your food is going to get spoilt na!! Forget the refund, I was blamed and embarassed for their badly handled food.
Chembur location of Merwans is definitely putting a bad name to the brand.
Be careful ppl!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 kg Photo cake was originally ordered, according to the Merwans photo album the animals colors were appeared to be very bright but when the physical cake was received the photo cake colors were very dull and fade. I spoke to the lady from the shop regarding the dull photo pik before the cake was delivery but the shop lady mentioned that the cake was just removed from the fridge so for that reason the photo looks dull and colors were not attractive and shop lady mentioned that the photo colors will be attractive and bright later which did not happened at all. Full payment was already done online. I think brand like Merwans should take care of their products in future. My child was also not happy with the cake appearance as photo looked very dull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merwans, the name is enough for someone to start craving for bakery products. Although I would suggest that its best to consume the bakery products fresh early in the morning. Here at Merwans near Diamond garden, chembur, the fresh morning produce gets sold out real quick. By the evening, the rolls and pattice loose their crunch. Their concept is the best, where you can satisfy your taste buds at a very nominal charges and adequate portion sizes.
We had this chicken mayo roll, which was for less than 25rs and was value for money. They have good options in whole wheat multi-grain bread which you must try. A fair balance of non-veg & veg options in their meanu I must say.
You can have lot of different variety of bakes for a less than 100rs here.
The staff is good.
