★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't visit this outlet of Merwans, staffs are very rude and uneducated with low qualifications.
No manners how to coordinate with customers.
Cake provided with no birthday message tag.
Merwans should put this check points and interviewed before providing Frenchies to people.
Pathetic cxustomer service.

Have tried cakes, pastries, puffs, and many other foodstuffs from merwans, but each time I try these guys become better and better. This time I had tried the half kg version of the strawberry ganache flavor and it was absolutely delicious.
The cake has three layers of cream with soft chocolate flavored bread as the base. The topmost layer on the cake is pure white cream and it does taste delicious. It has a small dollop of strawberry jam at the top and nice design of chocolate cream on one side over the white cream. the second layer is the strawberry cream mixed with vanilla as I tasted. you can feel the sweet strawberry taste mixed with vanilla and you can see the light pinkish color of the cream.
The third layer has pure chocolate cream and you either eat all the three one at a time or at once each way you get a unique taste and that taste of the cream melting in your mouth. All in all, this was a wonderful flavor and truly loved the taste of the cake.

Excellent taste excellent quality and value for money. I have never had a problem. but be sure to go before 8 o'clock as everything turns to get over quickly.
best mawa cake chicken garlic patterns and Hariyali roll.
We are also fan of their masala khari butter khari and jeera butter. Too good
Now that it is in Santa Cruz very easy to go and get. They accept Google pay.

Santacruz Outlet caters more to a Vegetarian clientele.
Non-veg delicacies run out off stock before sundown.
Very limited "Inhouse" eating space.
Carry bags not on offer. Have to be asked for.
Courteous Manager, staff need a bit of coaching.

Caramel Custard is amazing apart from the regulars relishing cakes that Merwans offer you.
There's a lot more to savour on, don't hesitate to go in.
Most Importantly! They're the best on pockets :) Quality with Quantity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merwan's was my go to place for pastries. The Andheri branch infact has a lot of variety, this branch is new and I would recommend you'll to go to the place to buy stuff instead of ordering it from Zomato or Swiggy.
It is quite affordable to be honest. The cakes here start for a price of Rs. 275 whereas the cheapest pastries is for Rs. 16. You can also get smaller cupcakes and cake slices starting at Rs. 15.
The staff is supportive and friendly. A must visit!

The cakes especially blueberry cheesecake cake and chocolate mouse cake is damm delicious. This shop has a limited veg snacks options compared to non veg snacks options (puff, roll, croissant, mini pizza etc)
The staff is helpful and the services are quick.
The ambience is good. It's a good place to fulfill the sweet craving.
